ios - Removed from Sale after Processing to App Store immediately -

my app removed sale before. after update approved. received 3 email status within 10 minutes: 1. processing app store 2. ready sale 3. removed sale

the status changed removed sale after ready sale status. contacted apple, , said once app has been removed app store, multi-step process return app store. asked me wait , can nothing now. however, waited more week.

anyone has such experience? please tell me how did fix it? how long have been waited can sell in app store? how contact apple?

this happens when have not assigned countries app sold at. go itunes connect --> app --> rights & pricing --> , make sure have @ least 1 country set there.
