reusability - Reuse expansion files on android developer console -


how re-use expansion file when updating apk in developer console?
when upload new apk higer versioncode, cant select used main expansion file...
, if upload same expansion file again new apk, assigned new expansion-version, wich isn't expected behaviour.

apk expansion files documentation:

...the developer console allows re-use uploaded expansion file new apk, expansion file's name not change—it retains version applied when first uploaded file.


how can archieve on developer console??

i got answer google play developer support.

the behavior describing intended. can reuse obbs associated apks have been published. neither apk has ever been published, don't give option reuse obbs he's uploaded far.

so, seems can't test app's obb files behaviour when updating, without publishing previous version of app.
