visual studio 2010 - Can you install a program for all users using ClickOnce VS2010? -

can install program "all users" using visual studio clickonce publishing?

i ran setup , not given option "install users" => inspected actual install directory , in folder:

c:\users\patrick\appdata\local\apps\2.0\z5awacyl.000\4eqb7lvj.rxp\mapl..tion_0000000000000000_0001.0000_d31e4ada0d11807b\ 

so think no other user allowed run it. how 1 create project installer installs program users?

after bunch of research answer no.

i figured out hack way pull off. caused problems in production, specifically, got calls guy, , he's "do have install app every user?", later say, "user1 running version x.x.x.1, user2 running x.x.x.2" lot of work disappointing results.
