i have iphone 4s , iphone 3gs here research purposes. in following weeks want perform security tests based on hardware encryption , apple's data protection api. includes find potential attack scenarios. guess have jailbreak 1 of devices it.

so question is: there differences in case of hardware-encryption, security mechanism, data protection , on on iphone 4s compared iphone 3gs. because prefer jailbreak 3gs must representive newest generation of devices (the iphone 4s).
