How can I do a PCA plot in R skipping the first few principal components? -


i have data want pca plot on. however, first 2 principal components entirely due 3 outlier samples (out of 32), , i'd skip these , plot principal components starting 3rd. possible, or have calculations subtract first 2 principal components data , plot remainders?

if outliers dominating pca, , don't want highly recommend removing them before performing pca.
