jsf 2 - How to replace JSF 1.2 with JSF 2.0 -


i have application, full application made on jsf 1.2. adding module in it. can replace jsf 1.2 jsf 2.0 ? means new module use jsf 2.0 , remaining application become unaffected change? means jsf 2.0 compatible jsf 1.2. open project in netbeans , add jsf 2.0 jar in project , remove jsf 1.2 jar? can ? or should have use jsf 1.2 new module because application made on jsf 1.2 ?
