java - QtJambi - Unicode QLineEdit? -


is possible set qlineedits in qtjambi show unicode text?

i need display unicode subscript characters in qlineedit, though setting text of qlineedit results in aesthetic error ( strange line character; "|" ).
i've read can achieved setting encoding parameters of qstring, i'm having trouble creating new string java inbuilt equivalent.
can't seem make qstring!

has experience on matter?
