internet explorer - progressbar: GIF animation in IE slower than in FF/Chrome -

i have animated gif.

it's progress bar , animation light moving left right , right left in loop.

the progessbar has width of 250px.

every e.g. 100ms i'm adding 1px width of progessbar. after short time has grown full size.

then shown specific time in full size.

i've made animation in photoshop , has 58 frames displayed 0.05 seconds delay, animation smoothly.

but animation not smoothly (it's slow) in internet explorer. in firefox , chrome it's working well.

what best to?

it seems ie slows down gif animations 0.1 when faster 0.1. see bug description.

for detailed explanations see this answer.

according msdn blog, ie 10 support 0.02 frame rates:

ie10 consumer preview increases supported frame-rate; frames may shown delay little 20ms. if server specifies lower delay, animation delayed 100ms legacy compatibility.
