Invisible Foxpro views in linked server -


we have foxpro application still in use. creating new user interfaces data first step trying migrate away foxpro. don't have code gui--i can @ tables , views in vfp ide.

i can access data externally using linked server in sql server 2005 or datasets in visual studio 2010. can see foxpro tables in not views.

is there way see , use views in linked server or dataset?

if views built database container (i.e. local views) can see them opening database via command window 'open database (name)', 'modify database' can see views , copy sql statement , create same thing in new app. don't think can directly call views, wrong. haven't used built in views in several years now, it's sql select statements used in other languages.

or in vfp ide add database project , view , grab code there.
